Pick the format best for you

You can complete the CSA Education Course one of 2 ways, all of which help prepare you for the CSA Designation exam.

Option 1: CLASSROOM - Choose this live version of the CSA Course, if you prefer to...

  • Access the recorded lectures anytime during the entire 6 month course period to help your study and review the material as many times as you wish
  • Get comprehensive answers to your questions from the SCSA faculty via our easy-to-use online class portal anytime during your course
  • Take a closed-book, proctored exam at a professional test center
System Requirements

To participate fully in the Online Class, your computer must have:
  • Internet Explorer 300 MHZ or faster
  • Windows 200 or XP or Vista
  • Java to use the chat room
  • DSL or faster Internet connection
  • Speakers

* For the classroom option, students who decide to defer the CSA exam have 90 days from the last day of the live class to take the CSA exam. For the online class option, students have 6 months from their course start date to take the exam.

Option 3: CSA Exam Only

If you already meet the education and/or experience requirements to designate, you may choose to purchase the CSA Exam Only option.

Class Pre-Study

Students who enroll in the live class or web class option should plan on investing an average of at least 30-35 hours of independent study in addition to attending the web class review. Using the workbook with the textbook is also strongly encouraged.
