Testimonial
As someone new to the industry, I was looking for an efficient use of time to learn, and continually learn, about working with seniors... I was extremely impressed with the caliber of the materials, the return on my time and would recommend the CSA certification for anyone who is looking to raise their competence, service level, and confidence working with seniors.
