CSA Exam Change Request

If you have already started the CSA program and want to request either an exam extension or transfer to a different class than please fill out the form below. If you have any questions or concerns please contact your education representative or call 800-653-1785.

Exam Extensions
An exam extension will give an additional 3 months from your course expiration date to complete your study and take the CSA exam. The exam extension must be completed before your course expires, otherwise you will need to contact SCSA to re-enroll into the CSA program.

Class Transfer
If you are already enrolled into a course and realize that you would like to switch into a different course format, or need to change live classes to accommodate your schedule class transfers are available.  Please review the current live class schedule: Class Schedule.

All pricing is subject to change. Costs associated with transferring courses are dependent on the transfer type along with how many transfers have been made. Please contact your education representative for more specific pricing information.
