1. March Educational Webinar: New Online Resource for CSAs PLUS New Member Benefit for 2012
We are excited to announce a new member benefit and online resource available for the elderly, their families and those who care for them. Carrie Roberts, CSA and Co-Founder of Universal Senior Living, will host our March educational webinar to provide CSAs with an informative overview of Universal Senior Living and introduce them to the new and in-depth resources available to all CSAs and their clients, as well as how to gain additional exposure as a provider on their site. 2. Update Your Free Listing in the CSA Locator!
The CSA Locator is an online service provided specifically for our CSA's that allows members of the public to easily locate a Certified Senior Advisor by name, location and/or occupation. This feature was created to allow our CSAs to be easily found by prospected clients, current clients but also as a means for you to communicate and network with fellow CSAs in your area. The CSA Locator allows you to publicly display your contact information including address, contact numbers, and website; industry and occupation; and a brief 100 word biography section.

4. Information for Life Packets
When you most need vital information from a senior is when they are least able to give it, but a new, specially designed product from SCSA can change that. The Information for Life kit is a tool that allows seniors to put together a comprehensive compilation of their personal, legal, medical and financial information. This provides the critical information needed to make decisions for seniors and handle their affairs when they are no longer able to do so for themselves. Each week over the next 2 months, SCSA will be releasing a topic-based packet of these electronic planning documents that you can immediately download and use with friends, family or even clients.
