Letterhead & Business Cards
In an effort to keep costs down and provide you with the best
possible services and products, the Society of Certified Senior
Advisors (SCSA) will no longer be offering business cards and
letterhead through the CSA Store. This is due to an increase
in our costs, which are then passed on to you.
Instead we have put together a guide and the tools you will need
in order to create and order your own professional business materials.
Many online services offer competitive rates, a full service staff,
and a range of products to choose from.
The first step is to decide on a printing service. Below
is a table listing several recommended services and their features.
In addition, your local FedEx Kinkos and other such printing offices
can provide immediate business card and letterhead services. As
a note, SCSA uses America’s Printer for all their brochures
and direct mail pieces.

In case you are unfamiliar with ordering business materials
online, we’ve outlined a few helpful tips below.
- Get The CSA Logo or Letterhead Template:
- You may need to download the CSA logos or a professional
CSA letterhead template for printing on your materials.
- Go to the Member Resources section and click on the General
CSA Resources page. You will see a variety of logo and
letterhead options. For the best print quality, use
the EPS file versions.
- Save these files in a folder on your desktop or somewhere
you will remember.
- Printing Via An Online Vendor:
- Log on to your print vendor’s website, most of them
will have you create a free online account.
- Choose the products you would like to have printed.
Most companies can provide you with a physical or electronic
sample if you ask!
- Once you have decided on a product and begin the ordering
process, it will ask you to upload your logo or file.
- Click the Browse button they provide and find the
logos that you downloaded and choose which one you will be
using. The site will then usually upload this and you
can see the upload process on your screen.
- Continue to complete the other business information you
want on the materials and finalize the item(s).
- Once you submit your order it will ask you to provide an
email or other information for them to send you an electronic
proof. Make sure to provide accurate information and
watch for the proof email to come through. Most online
companies will NOT print and ship your materials without proof
approval.
- Printing Via A Physical Store
When choosing to go into a local store to have items printed,
simply save the logos and letterhead onto a USB flash drive and
take into a store. The employees there can then just upload
your logo files and work with you face to face to create your
product.
