Sponsor Packet

The 2024 CSA Conference Sponsor Packet includes all details on shipping, setup/teardown, attendee bag items, raffle participation, and other logistics and deadlines: Sponsor Packet.

This page includes all of the updated information for Sponsors and will be updated as needed between now and the conference.

Access the conference Mobile App - please contact conference@csa.us with any changes needed:

  1. Download the CVENT app in the app store
  2. Search for our event under the name "2024 CSA Conference" and select our event
  3. You will be able to view most areas of the app upon entry - to access attendees and other areas, you will need to login
  4. Login using your name and email (the email you used to register for the conference) and it will ask for a code that you can find in an email sent to you. Contact conference@csa.us if you have trouble accessing your verification code

Sponsor To Do Items:

  1. If you need lodging, secure your room(s) at the Wigwam Resort. SCSA's discounted room block is sold out. Please contact The Wigwam directly if you still need to reserve a room: www.WigwamArizona.com.
  2. Make sure all attendees from your company/organization register as an attendee. Anyone attending the conference from your company/organization must REGISTER. Except for a few Bronze level sponsorships, all sponsorships include 1-3 FREE attendee registrations, and each sponsor has been provided with the relevant COUPON CODE(S) for your free registrations. In addition, at ALL sponsorship levels, you are entitled to additional attendee registrations above and beyond your free registrations - at the reduced rate of $300. Please contact conference@csa.us if you need your coupon code(s).
    • Premier: 3 free attendees, plus as many additional attendees at $300 as you like
    • Diamond & Platinum: 2 free attendees, plus as many additional attendees at $300 as you like
    • Gold, Silver, and most Bronze levels: 1 free attendee, plus as many additional attendees at $300 as you like

Brand Promotion

The CSA Conference Planning Committee will help to make sure we get all of the information we need from you between now and the conference!

Your logo and link to your company/organization website is on the conference site in multiple spots, and all conference email campaigns route people to the site.

If you are a sponsor at the Premier, Diamond, or Platinum level, you can submit a short company promo video if you'd like, and we will add a link to it on our Sponsors page. If you have a video to submit, please send a link to your video to conference@csa.us.

All sponsors have receive a customized CSA Conference Sponsor Graphic that you are able to use as much as you like between now and the conference to promote your brand and the conference on social media.

The Conference Mobile App will be made available prior to the conference. You will be contacted if we need any updated information/artwork for the mobile app.

Raffle and Attendee Bag Participation: you can indicate your participation in providing items for the Raffle and the Attendee Bags in the Sponsor Form.

Closing Event Raffle: You are limited to 1 item or 1 package of items. Contributions are recommended to be valued at a minimum of $50.

Items for the Attendee Bags: Each sponsor is limited to 2 items for inclusion in the attendee bags at no additional cost. Items may be swag, flyers, brochures, etc. Please plan to provide 275 of each item to be included.

Exhibit Area Map & Schedule

The Exhibits area will be in the Mohave Ballroom, adjacent to the Wigwam Foyer and the main Wigwam Ballroom. An Exhibitor Map will be sent out prior to the conference. If your sponsorship level includes an exhibit space (Premier, Diamond, Platinum, Gold), you will be able to select your exhibit space in the order you became a sponsor as we get closer to the conference.

CSA Journal Ad

As a sponsor at any level, your sponsorship includes an ad in the CSA Journal. CSA Journal ad artwork will be accepted at any time and will be published in a post-conference issue of the quarterly CSA Journal. Ad specs are as follows:

PREMIER, DIAMOND, and PLATINUM sponsor levels: Full-page CSA Journal ad without bleed - 7.25” wide x 9.75” high, No bleeds, At least 200 DPI at print size, PDF (preferred) or JPG Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK

GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE sponsor levels: Half-page CSA Journal ad -  7.125” wide x 4.45” high Any bleed area will be hidden At least 200 DPI at print size PDF (preferred) or JPG Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK

Bronze Sponsorships: Printed Conference Program Ads

In addition to a CSA Journal Ad, all Bronze sponsorships include an ad in the printed Conference Program. Your ad size is dependent on the specific Bronze package you have purchased. Please upload your Full, Half, Quarter, or Eighth Page artwork in the Sponsor Information & Artwork Submission Form, or email to conference@csa.us BY JULY 31, 2024. Conference Program Ad specs:

($850) FULL PAGE AD WITH BLEED: 8.75” wide x 11.25” high including .125” bleed area on all sides. Final trim size 8.5” wide x 11” high. At least 200 DPI at print size. PDF (preferred) or JPG. Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.

($850) FULL PAGE AD WITHOUT BLEED: 7.25” wide x 9.75” high. No bleeds. At least 200 DPI at print size. PDF (preferred) or JPG. Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.

($650) HALF PAGE AD: 7.25” wide x 4.75” high. No bleeds. At least 200 DPI at print size. PDF (preferred) or JPG. Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.

($400) QUARTER PAGE AD: 3.5” wide x 4.75” high. No bleeds. At least 200 DPI at print size. PDF (preferred) or JPG. Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.

($300) EIGHTH PAGE AD: 3.5” wide x 2.25” high. No bleeds. At least 200 DPI at print size. PDF (preferred) or JPG. Any RGB or Spot colors will be converted to CMYK.

Conference Bookstore

SCSA will be hsoting and managing the conference bookstore during the conference. If you have a book you would like included in the store and have not yet submitted the book ISBN and other information, please send this info to conference@csa.us and a Consignment Agreement will be sent to you.
