Speakers Bureau Sign Up Form

Fill out the form below for consideration in the CSA Speakers Bureau. All submissions will be reviewed, and if you are approved for listing on the Speakers Bureau you will be required to participate in a background check. You will be responsible for the cost of the background check which is a one time fee of $15. Fees will not be charged to individuals not accepted on the CSA Speakers Bureau unless the results of the background check disqualify your participation in the CSA Speakers Bureau
Please include the state that you conduct the majority of your business. If you are located outside of the U.S. you may either select the option for non-U.S. residents or select the state in which you would most prefer to participate in speaking engagements
Please select your PRIMARY area of Expertise that you present on. You will have the opportunity to select additional areas of expertise on your speaker detail page















You may use this field to upload a listing of any published works or products that you would like organizations to be aware of that you have produced.
Please upload a current resume - Be sure to give your resume file an appropriate name (ex: JohnSmithResume.pdf)
