Our mission is to create a strategic network for Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) that increases professional and public awareness of CSAs, provides resources and education, and promotes the value of the CSA dually accredited credential.

Mid-Atlantic Area

Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Leaders Network for D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

This group meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00-11:00am EST, to build relationships within the group, to help each other grow our businesses, and to earn CE credits, making us trusted advisors in our markets.

The guest speakers are our very own Laura Bach, Michelle Boucher, and Michelle Quinn. Their presentation is entitled “Guiding Seniors Through the Emotional & Practical Journey of Selling a Home.”  
 
Our panelists will lead a lively discussion, focusing on how to recognize the emotional and psychological barriers that delay senior housing decisions; understanding the unique role of a senior-focused CSA realtor; and applying a 5-step informed framework to guide seniors and families through housing transitions.  Attendees will gain a new lens for housing conversations, a practical framework for working with the right Realtor, and a way to help your clients move by choice, not by circumstance.
