Response to COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees, members, students, and communities is our top priority.

Our thoughts are with all those affected by the coronavirus. We are committed to helping stop the spread of COVID-19, which is especially dangerous for older adults. As a result, all employees of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors are currently working remotely. Although our offices are closed, our staff is available during normal business hours to continue to support our CSAs, students, and of course seniors. All member benefits and activities will continue as normal. We have cancelled upcoming in-person Working with Older Adults classes, but will continue to deliver education and training through our online platform.

Candidates: CSA Examination Information 

Computer Based Testing Centers are still currently closed. We will post additional information as soon as it becomes available. If your ability to sit for the CSA Certification Examination has been affected, please contact us directly to arrange for a new examination date. We will be extending examination deadlines until such time as testing sites are available and a new examination date can be scheduled.
