Redesignating Your CSA Certification

If you previously held the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential and would like to regain certification, SCSA has created multiple pathways from which you can choose. Select the option that works best, and obtain your Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential!

* The basic certification requirements are:

  1. complete and pass a criminal background check
  2. complete the CSA Disclosure Questionnaire
  3. complete the CSA Ethics Module
