This guide was created in order to answer some of the most often-asked questions about VA Benefits. Veterans have access to a variety of benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offices. The Veteran's Benefits Timetable provides information from the VA office about benefits that veterans may apply for and the time limit for each. A veteran can also contact the regional office in his or her area which can be located on the website. There are 57 VA regional offices in the United States.
