Steve Marshall is the co-founder of Silver Path Consulting, a firm established in 2024 to guide families through the challenges of aging with personalized support and compassion. With extensive experience in law and real estate, Steve is committed to helping seniors and their loved ones navigate the complexities of aging, from legal and financial affairs to healthcare and lifestyle decisions.

Before launching Silver Path, Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Temple University School of Law. In addition to his CSA certification, he is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney and holds real estate broker licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These diverse professional backgrounds have equipped him with a unique perspective on the multifaceted aspects of later-life planning.

Steve’s approach at Silver Path Consulting is grounded in a holistic philosophy, ensuring every recommendation reflects a client’s unique circumstances and long-term vision.
