Dr. Bryan Rill is an anthropologist, designer, and strategist. He excels at understanding how people relate to and make meaning of the world they live in, and transforms that insight into products that work.
Dr. Lisa Rill is a sociologist and aging expert who is passionate about research excellence, helping companies build products that people love and can easily understand, especially for older adults.
Together they are the founders of Rill Insights & Design—an agency in San Diego that helps organizations create innovative products, services, and cultures. Bryan has also recently joined Workplace Options as Head of Design and Research, helping 88+ million people around the world access and understand their benefits.
