Program: CSA Professionals and Ethics: Standards, Policies & Procedures, and Responsibilities
Presenter: Presenter Bio: Ann Witherspoon is the Compliance Officer for the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, based in the Denver office. She is responsible for overseeing all compliance requirements for the Certified Senior Advisor® certification.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the ethical responsibilities as a Certified Senior Advisor® per the CSA Code of Professional Responsibility
2. Know the Policies & Procedures for annual CSA Disclosure Statements & Attestation, Background Checks, Continuing Education, the Complaint Process, and the Ethics & Disciplinary Council and Certification Council Responsibilities
3. Awareness of the NCCA and ANAB accreditation standards, especially related to ethics
4. Understanding the CSA marks and usage requirements: trademarks, advertising guidelines (websites, LinkedIn, business cards, email signatures, etc)

You may want to first visit the group in your area. Check out this list of all CSA Leaders Network Groups to see if there is a group in your area and RSVP to attend a meeting or event. You are welcome as a guest, but if you want to join it is generally free or at a very low cost.
