We bring together CSAs from diverse industries to exchange ideas, hear from guest speakers, explore opportunities for growing our business and referral networks, and to increase our brand awareness as trusted advisors in our markets.
Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment where members can connect, learn, and grow together. Through regular meetings, events, and educational opportunities, we strive to elevate the standard of care and support provided to seniors and their families. Whether you are looking to expand your professional network, gain new insights, or contribute to the betterment of senior care, the Northern California Leaders Network is here to support you.

Join fellow Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) across Northern California for a virtual networking meeting on Wednesday, February 19th at 10:00 AM (via Zoom). This interactive gathering is a great opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and stay informed about what’s happening in our communities and how we can best serve seniors!
We’ll be featuring two CSA Spotlights, highlighting members of our group and the work they’re doing, followed by open time for networking, collaboration, and sharing resources.
📅 Save the Date – March In-Person Meetup!
Our next in-person CSA gathering will take place in March on Wednesday, March 18th at Aegis Living San Rafael from 4:00–6:00 PM. CSAs are welcome to arrive early, around 3:30 PM, to meet the staff and enjoy a tour of this beautiful community!
We look forward to connecting—both online in February and in person in March!

In order for you to submit CE Credit, you need the following:
- Date of Event
- Program Title
- Number of CE Credits
- Credit Type: Leaders Network CE
How to Join a Leaders Network
Check out this list of all CSA Leaders Network Groups to see if there is a group in your area. To join, simply RSVP and attend a meeting or event and begin your networking journey with other local CSAs.
