Education
The Working with Older Adults course is a self-study program that gives professionals the practical multidisciplinary knowledge, tools, and resources needed to better serve older clients as they age.
Certification
The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential is the leading certification for qualified professionals who pass a rigorous exam and uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit of the seniors they work with.
Participating in the Working with Older Adults education program does not guarantee passing the CSA Exam. The Working with Older Adults course is an independent self-study, which requires students to spend time reviewing and studying the course materials outside the live course or the online course options.
