* Texas HCSSA Administrators and Alternate Administrators CE- The CSA Certification Program is recognized by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as a provider that offers home health (LHH and L&CHH), hospice and personal assistance services agency training courses for new Home and Community Support Services Agencies administrators and alternate administrators. Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Title 26, Part 1, §558.260.
